Pete the pool guy is a GENUINE technician not an operator. The difference in the two is in the troubleshooting ability of a technician. An operator would just say replace the pump. An operator can cost you $1000’s of $$$, but technician like Pete the pool guy saved us $1000’s on the pump. Why? He did some troubleshooting. Why? Because he’s a TRUE technician NOT an operator. You want this guy to take care of your repairs. He has me for life. Bravo Zulu ( Navy submarine jargon for great job). Keep up the AMAZING work Pete the pool guy.
