A Smarter Service Company

At Professional Poolcare our slogan is ‘A Smarter Service Company’.  We strive to set ourselves apart from other service companies simply by making a few, smart changes in the way we do business.  We noticed in our personal dealings with other service companies that communication and common courtesy were often missing.  We also saw many businesses focusing on aspects that weren’t of value to their clients and some even having an attitude that they were doing us a favor (all while we were paying the bill).  We knew that we wanted to rise above this general gap in good manners and attention to detail found in the service industry.  We wanted to offer our clients a simple, smarter approach with an Orlando swimming pool service they could depend on (and a live person at the other end of the phone).

Today, as we launch our new website, we hope that this is one more way to open up the lines of communication with our clients.  Here our clients will be able to login and check their weekly service log.  This will include service dates and note chemical readings.  Our clients can also review their bills online and pay via credit card.  On the back end, we will now be able to store photos of each client’s pool equipment and easily note route schedules.
